Does Weight Loss Improve Self-Esteem?

There are several reasons to shed pounds. Losing weight, whether for health reasons or to fit into the dress you bought for your class reunion, may have a significant influence on your self-esteem.

Trying to get back into your slim pants if you're overweight might be detrimental to your self-esteem. You attempt several diets, but none of them work.
